We purchased the Florida properties in May 2007. The properties are located in the Sunniland trend in Florida and encompass five fields with 15 producing wells. We have a 100% working interest and 85% average net revenue interest. Expected net production is approximately 1,600 Bbl/d. The fields are 100% oil with oil quality averaging 25 degrees API. These properties have total proved reserves of approximately 9.5 MMBbl and a reserve life index of over 15 years.
