Mid-Continent

Overview

Our Mid-Continent area includes properties located in western Oklahoma and eastern New Mexico.  These properties produce from the regionally significant geologic formations such as the Morrow, Council Grove, and Tubb.  Our Mid-Continent properties primarily consist of the Postle field and the Northeast Hardesty Unit, both located in Texas County, Oklahoma.

The Postle field has been undergoing CO2 miscible flooding since 1995.  CO2 for our Postle EOR operations is sourced from the Bravo Dome field in eastern New Mexico.  We are the also the sole owner of the Dry Trails gas plant located at the Postle field complex.  In addition, we are the sole owner of a collection of facilities and CO2 transportation pipelines delivering product from New Mexico to the Postle and Northeast Hardesty fields.
